This trip is about acknowledging our Florida LGBT+ friends and long-term supporters  in Key West - the gay bars, restaurants, and guesthouses - while having an unforgettable time doing it. With amazing  weather, fantastic food, a rich gay history, and a walkable island vibe, it’s the perfect place to escape and celebrate.​

Alexander's Guesthouse is a legendary, gay-owned, oasis in the heart of Old Town.  This adults only and beautifully restored guesthouse will be the center of our Key West experience. Rooms are limited at this host property. Two additional locations are available within walking distance.  See Registration Steps below for more information.

FRIDAY - Island Adventure

•  Your choice of morning/afternoon tour options such as the Hemingway House. Truman Little White House, Rum Tour, etc.

• Key Lime Pie Afternoon Social at Alexander’s Guesthouse

• Argo Navis Sunset Cruise includes seven courses of heavy appetizers, beer, premium wine, and cocktails

REGISTRATION STEPS

1. Send an email to International President Gary Dougan (btciprez@gmail.com) and to International Treasurer Mike Gin (mikegin@me.com) indicating your desire to participate. 

2. Send payment of $1250 payable to Black Tie Club International to Mike Gin, BTCI Treasurer, 518 Cluster 
   Lane, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, or phone him at 310-387-0462. Contact him for Zelle & PayPal info.

   • Subject to making arrangements with Mike, payments of $1250 can be split into three payments:​

     • Payment of $450 on registration​

     • Payment of $400 due June 1

     • Final payment of $400 due September 15

   • Cancellation Policy

     • Full refund up to June 1​

     • 50% refund penalty between June 1 and September 1

     • No cancellation/refunds after Septmeber 1 due to contracts we have in place for the activities. 

3. Contact Alexander's Guesthouse (alexanderskeywest.com) at 305-294-9919 for lodging reservations. Alexander's Guesthouse arrangements are for 5-nights minimum.  BTCI members must call the hotel to reserve a room.  The online website will not work for our dates because we have an exclusive arrangement.  Note, the rooms, although 4-star quality, tend to be on the small side.  The hotel has 17 rooms, and photos of each are available online. You can inform the hotel reservation agent which room you would like to reserve. However, the website only shows rooms that are currently unbooked. As a result, you will need to view the room photos on dates when they are available, since you won’t be able to see them during our stay dates.

1. This event is limited to 60 participants.

2. Participants agree to five nights of hotel at Alexander's Guesthouse.

3. Additional overflow lodging may be available at Island House (islandcityhouse.com) and Heron House (heronhousehotels.com) pending sellout of Alexander's Guesthouse.

4. Hotels subject to their own cancellation schedule. 

5. Land Package events and activities are “at your own risk.” ​

6. All excursions are assembled for your convenience.
